Cougars beat Bears in Berkeley, 70-49

Taylor Rochestie scored 18 points and the Washington State University men's basketball team shot 54 percent from the field en route to a 70-49 victory over California Thursday night in Berkeley.

Kyle Weaver added 17 points for the Cougars, who won for the fifth time in six games.

Wildcats upset Cougars, 65-55

The Washington State University men's basketball team shot just 17-of-50 from the field (34 percent) and fell to the University of Arizona 65-55 Saturday night in Pullman.

Taylor Rochestie scored 14 points to lead all Cougar scorers.

Aron Baynes and Taylor Rochestie each had 10 points and six rebounds to help lead the Washington State University men's basketball team to a 59-47 win over Arizona State University Thursday night in Pullman.

The Cougar defense had eight steals and limited the Sun Devils to 33 percent shooting from the field. Derrick Low tallied 15 points to lead all WSU scorers.

Cougs sack quack attack at Mac Court, 62-53

Taylor Rochestie tallied 16 of his 21 points in the second half to help lead the Washington State University men's basketball team to a 62-53 win over the University of Oregon Saturday night in Eugene.

Derrick Low scored 16 points and Aron Baynes added 12 as the Cougars snapped a 12-game losing streak at McArthur Court.

Kyle Weaver scored 17 points and Taylor Rochestie added 11 as the Washington State University men's basketball team defeated USC 74-50 Saturday afternoon in Pullman.

Weaver shot a perfect 8-for-8 from the field, and in tallying his first basket of the game he became a 1,000-point scorer for the Cougars.
